

What shipping company do you use?
We ship all of our gift baskets within the Continental USA via Federal Express. Your options are ground (up to 5 business days, depending on location), or Express (guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 business days).What if the gift is for someone with food allergies?
Please inform us upon ordering the gift if your recipient has any allergies. Some of our food products contain nuts, wheat, soy, etc. We will gladly either exchange the product with a special one pertaining to their dietary or skin needs, or replace it with another item of equal or greater value fitting with the theme of the basket. We do not want our clients to be harmed, however MommaLuv Gifts, LLC cannot automatically know, and therefore is not responsible if someone has an allergic reaction to an item.
Can I request a later shipping date?
Yes, during checkout specify the delivery date in the "Notes" section.
Are there any shipping restrictions on gift baskets during the summer months?
Yes, self-imposed ones. We want every gift basket to be as beautiful when it arrives, as when it left our facility. We reserve the right to substitute items (like chocolates) with items of equal or greater value during the warmest summer months.
How much will shipping cost?

Do you deliver?
Yes, we do hand deliver gift baskets to the Grand Junction, Delta, and Montrose, Colorado area only. If you live in one of these areas, we automatically hand delivery your gift basket within 2 business days for the same charge as Ground Shipping.
What if you run out of inventory for an item?
All of our gift baskets are made up "in house". They are not drop-shipped. We will never run out of an entire basket. If we do run out of a certain item, we will replace it with an item of equal or greater value in fitting with the theme of the basket.
What happens if nobody is home to sign for a package requiring a signature?
The driver will leave a note at the location, informing the recipient that a delivery attempt has been made and giving instructions on how the recipient can make sure they get the package delivered on the next business day. FedEx will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us. If the package has been returned, we will re-ship it at a fee of $15. If you opt to not reship, will will refund the cost of the original gift, less a 15% restocking fee.
What about shipping to PO Boxes, Hospitals, and Hotels?
Fed Ex will not deliver to a PO Box - therefore we cannot ship to those. Hospitals - we generally do not recommend sending gifts to a patient in a hospital, due to shorter maternity stays. It is a much safer bet to instead ship the gift to the patient's home, and have someone bring the gift into the hospital for the patient. If you opt to ship to a hotel, please understand that we are not responsible if the guest is no longer at the hotel when their gift arrives, or if the hotel staff misplace the package.
