Gaurantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your gift basket, we will promptly exchange or issue a store credit for the cost of the gift less a 15% restocking fee. All we ask is that you email us at customerservice@mommaluv.com with the reason for return or exchange, and return the gift to us within 15 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All of our baskets are warrantied with Fed Ex's standard guarantee. If a gift arrives with broken contents, please email us promptly at customerservice@mommaluv.com with the details. We will arrange to replace the damaged items, or entire gift if necessary.
