Concierge Service

We are proud to present our exclusive Gift Basket Concierge Service. Let us put together a custom gift basket for the woman in your life! Make your gift personal by adding one of her favorite candies, skin care products, music CD, or another item of your choice. Here's how it works:

  1. Pick out one of our standard gift baskets.
  2. Let us know in the "Notes" section of the final order form the item(s) you would like to add to make it personal just for her.
  3. We will then email or phone you within 24 business hours whether that item is available for us to purchase in our area, and let you know the additional cost and delivery time frame.

If the item makes the gift too large for the standard basket, we will also repackage your gift into a larger container or basket for a minimal fee. The cost to add an item is the cost we have to purchase it for, plus a 25% handling fee. (The handling fee only applies to the additional item, not the cost of the entire basket.) Also, keep in mind that if the item you are adding (such as bottled water) is substantially heavy, the shipping charge may go up as well. Please note that we cannot add fresh flowers or unpackaged food items as they may not last the transit time.
